We are a Christian family that is relocating to the Twin Cities. My husband served in the Army as an officer for 8 years, and has done 2 tours overseas to Kuwait and Afghanistan. He's now an engineer in the civilian world and a Major in the Army Reserves.

We have two sweet boys that are 3 and 4 and are truly the joy of my life. Being their mother has been the ultimate experience and I can't believe they are already so old! I have never wanted anything more than to be a mother. I have babysat and nannied for as long as I can remember... I started babysitting at age 10, and have babysat for countless number of families throughout the years. I started nannying at 17 after school, full-time in the summers, then full time year-round after I graduated. I love everything about being a nanny. I love being such a close-knit part of a families lives, being a part of a family team. Getting to create a one-on-one relationship with a child(ren) is so incredibly special.

We have signed a lease for a great home in Eagan. (Waiting to buy a home until we've lived in the area for a year or two). It has a great fenced in backyard, and finished basement/playroom. I'm looking to nanny in our home, for 1 or 2 children. While you would have to bring your child to me, you also get to spare your home the wear and tear of children on a daily basis, and if you leave a clean house in the morning, you'll come home to a clean house in the evening! It means that many less fingerprints and carpet stains. My home can be a "home away from home" for your children, that you never have to clean! It allows for great socialization with my children and others as we can still get out of the house and enjoy activities. At the end of the day, your child gets a fresh, new environment that they haven't been in all day, bored with their same old toys. Being at my house also allows me to be more flexible if you're running late, get caught in traffic, etc.

Your child(ren) will become a part of our family, and get to spend time with my sweet, loving boys. We have a happy, calm home filled with love and laughter. Education and play are equally important to us- as is imaginative/free play indoors and out.

I can provide many favorable references from some of the wonderful families I have had the honor of working for. I honestly have had an awesome experience with each and every one of the families I have nannied for.
