Hi My name is Jennah Becerril, I am the owner of JJ's Maid Service. I have 4 amazing ladies ( 2 per house) that will go in and deep clean your home and make you happy with the work they can do for you.
We clean houses in Jacksonville, Beulaville, Richlands, Trenton, Kinston and Lagrange. WE ALSO DO MOVE OUT CLEANINGS AS WELL. We hear we are the best so let us prove to you we are the best at what we do!
I would like to add to be fair to my employees I ask that if we give you a price then. please, please.
Rooms must not be so messy we cant walk through or we will have to raise price! We will fold, hang and put clothes and towels away and we will measure amount to make sure its a load with our basket.
1 load is $10
2 loads is $20s
3- 4 loads $30s..
Prices depend on size of house and how many rooms you need done!!!

Referrals are $5 per person who uses our service!!!

$60 weekly... $80 bi-weekly and $140 1x a month but the 1x a month depends on home.. (could be a lower price on 1x a month cleaning.. All depends!!!)

Whole House~
Dust window sills, blinds, and baseboards.
Dust shelves, doors, light fixtures and ceiling fans.
Dust picture frames and knickknacks.
Polish furniture with polish and rag.
Remove cobwebs both high and low.
Clean light switch plates for finger smudges with magic eraser.
Empty trash cans and clean ashtrays as well.
Vacuum all carpets and rugs (will shake as well)
Vacuum, sweep and mop .. if hardwood floors we will ask if you have anything for them if not we will use Morphy's oil but must let us know before we arrive!!
Change bed linens and make all unmade beds... ( if you leave sheets out to change beds with!!!)
We do straighten things up a little... as well.
Your house will be dust free and shine real bright!!!

BATHROOMS:
Clean and disinfect sinks and counter tops.
Disinfect tubs and showers.
Disinfect toilet inside and out.
Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures.
Lights will be disused and cabinets will be wiped down!
Sweep and mop very very good.
Bathroom will shine when its done!

KITCHEN:
Clean and disinfect sinks and counter tops.
Stove and Oven will be cleaned.
Disinfect microwave inside and out.
Wipe cabinets if needed.
Wipe appliances and counter d cor down as well.
Sweep and mop very very good.
Kitchen will shine when we are done! and be dust free!
