Jim's Concierge Caregiving

I am a (PPPA) private patient preferred advocate / HHA (Home Health Aide). I provide professional caregiving needs specializing in people's with Parkinson's. I am pro active caregiver. I help to improve ones quality of life. I help structure ones care plan as well as being apart of ones support team, taking one to doctors, support groups, coordinate schedules, work outs, companion care, physical therapy schedules, errands, rehabbing from hospital, anything involved in maintaining ones quality of life. I provide primary caregiver relieve. I am another set of eyes and ears at all doctors appointments, hospital stays, rehab recovery, emergency rooms, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities. I will be the families squeaky wheel. I also provide and handle light handyman work. Thank you
