I am a well adjusted 40 year old straight male who gets along great with kids of all ages. I have 5 nephews and am currently the on-call babysitter for them. I also work with nursing home seniors when they are in need to recreational assistants. I teach and educate instead of just discipline. Chaos is what you'' rarely find in the rooms I lead. I have NEVER been to an assignment where I haven't been requested back again by both staff/parents and children/clients.
