Work was not done properly or completely. Showed up without proper equipment--NO vacuum cleaner--told me "I don't need a vacuum cleaner", yet later borrowed mine. Failed to move any furniture or items in order clean underneath. No window sills done--spider webs still evident. I have baseboard heat; I myself removed covers for cleaning fins--NOT DONE, nor vacuumed/cleaned underneath where there was an accumulation of dust. Did not fully clean/mop floors. I do a lot of juicing in my basement semi-"kitchen", so there's veggie/fruit aftermath. Floors are still sticky/dirty. When I texted feedback, owner told me she "did everything perfect", and rather than listen to my feedback, she repeated her "perfection" story. Does not know about customer service, sloppy and unprofessional. This vendor does not appear to know what "deep cleaning" means. Avoid at all costs!
