I offer a listening ear to anyone going through changes in there life that are affecting their mental health. Drug addiction and the behaviors that come along with distorted thinking. Everyone experiences thinking errors in their life or the way that they comprehend things that are being said to them. Some more than others. I hope to help others recognize these thinking errors, or being acceptance of themselves experiencing changes in their life due to other family ,drugs , or age.
