Jewish Council for the Aging (JCA) Kensington Clubs are non-sectarian programs to offer friendship, coping skills, stimulating physical and cognitive activity to seniors with early stage dementia. Members come to the Club for four hours and then return to their home. They are served morning coffee, snack and lunch in a comfortable and accepting environment. Club members must walk, toilet and eat independently and should not be at risk for wandering. Dues are $75 per day ($18.75 per hour) for a dementia-tailoredprogram for members with the diagnosis.
