Jason's Haven provides assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, daily housekeeping, recreation activities, laundry services, transportation, 24 hour RN supervision, and 3 fresh hot meals and 2 snacks per day, dining assistance and special diets, along with flexible visiting hours. Jason's Haven is a 6000 sq ft luxurious privately owned home, that sits on a 2 acre, fenced in private lot. Jason's Haven is an all inclusive facility, you will never be charged for additional services. Our staffconsist of an Assisted Living Manager/Medication Tech that lives on the premises, an LPN, and a RN that will be on call 24 hours a day. We also assist with care coordination and assess appropriate healthcare and social services. Our staff is dedicated to our residents health and well being at all times. Our desire is to provide and environment unlike the typical nursing home or large retirement homes. Our goal is to create a peaceful, serene, yet enjoyable atmosphere for five elderly women, where all their physical and emotional needs are met, in a safe environment.…
