Hi,
I am a Military Spouse of over 10 years and have three daughters ranging from 1-10 years old. We live in Pacific Beach (San Diego), CA. I am currently going through the process of getting my in-home childcare license through the state. I was previously certified through the military CDH program for around 5 years in 2 different locations. I provide age appropriate arts and crafts, music and movement, outdoor play and we read stories and work with puzzles everyday. I encourage children to learn through playtime and try to get them excited by providing games and writing activities that correspond with stories we read throughout care. I have 10+ yrs experience caring for children 6wks-12yrs of age. I have worked with the YMCA, youth groups and with the military daycare program. I provide care during the week and on nights and weekends in my home, but am willing to travel depending on location and circumstance. I am currently attending online courses to obtain my degree in early childhood development and social & behavior science. I have a smoke free home with 1 dog and 1 cat that stays behind closed doors. I offer affordable prices with full-time, part-time, and even drop in care. I provide/offer all snacks and meals that correspond with the USDA food guidelines. Your children will receive quality care from me, in a safe clean environment. I have lots of attention to give and patience when dealing with kids and love to watch them grow and develop over time.
