She came to our house and we discussed our dog training needs and cost. Then we scheduled appointments with her for the next two weeks. The following week she called 6 minutes before the scheduled appointment time and said she was not feeling well and could not make it. The next week we called the day before and she said she could not make it at the original time of 8:00 AM, but could make it at 10:00 AM. We agreed. The following day she was a "no show" at the new agreed time. She is clearly an unreliable flake. If she didn't want the job, all she had to do was tell us so we could look for someone else. If she decided to just not show up, she could have at least let us know.
She is way too old to be acting this way. This is more like what I would expect out of a teenager or at least someone under 25 who is lazy and irresponsible. She claims she also does house sitting/dog sitting, etc. I would warn anyone not to use her for such services. If she is too flaky and irresponsible to show up at an agreed time for dog training, then she definitely can't be trusted with doing what is expected for house sitting/ dog sitting!
