It Takes A Village Childcare

IN HOME CHILDCARE 7am-5:30pm & 7pm-7am (West Salem)
Work odd hours and having a hard time finding someone to care for your child? I am offering an in home childcare offered to children from ages newborn through 5th grade (care for older children also available upon request). I have been in the childcare field for 5 years. EXPERIENCE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN. I am starting up my own business so that I may be able to care for your child in a much smaller caregiver/child ratio. I offer structured activities throughout the day/evening so as not to have bored little ones. I am a mom of 5 grown children and a grandmother of 6. My goal is to give your child an at home experience with lots of love and positive reinforcement. I use positive discipline techniques such as making my expectations clear, reminders and redirection before sorting to time-outs and taking away privileges.
I live near all West Salem schools and am available to transport (limited space available)
