I am an in home family childcare owner at Island Pond Playschool. I offer full day care from 7:30 to 5pm and service infants through preschool aged children up to 5yrs.
My program is small which gives each child more personal, one on one time to learn and grow. My curriculum focuses on age-appropriate activities that promote development in all areas of the whole child. I split the days with teacher-led activities as well as child-led activities. Outdoor time and exploring different materials such as paints, play-doh, sensory items, and books are important ways of learning at my center.
