Island Home Companions is a nurse owned and operated, licensed companion service that offers one-on-one care for your loved one in your home or a healthcare setting. We offer tailored services and can offer you peace of mind to know that your loved one is not alone. Companionship, light housekeeping, medication reminders, a nice walk for some fresh air, board games, errands and anything non medical that your loved one may need to remain independent. All of our companions are fully screened, to include a Level II background screen with fingerprints, a urine drug screen, PPD screen, reference checks and driver's license check and verification.
