I strongly discourage anyone from working with or using the services of Interim Healthcare . The General manager of this company engages in unethical practices, including mistreating seniors, and they go to great lengths to conceal their actions. My wife discovered many of these issues, and to silence her, they enticed her with benefits, which ultimately caused tension in our relationship. The management would call her at all hours-day, night, and weekends-disrupting our personal life and marriage. It got to the point where I had to confront and even insult them just to stop their intrusive behavior. They forced my wife to work six days a week, and on top of her regular 9-5 schedule, she was required to be "on call" from 6 PM to 1 AM from home, without receiving overtime pay or any bonuses. This excessive workload, without fair compensation, took a toll on her health-she lost hair, developed anxiety, and faced overwhelming stress. This unbearable work pressure and constant intrusion led to the breakdown of our marriage. Now, they are bribing her and even paying for a lawyer to keep me out of the picture. Keep in mind, this is my wife of 29 years and the mother of our three wonderful children. We had a stable, healthy relationship until a few months ago, right after news of sexual abuse cases at the company surfaced and their failure to compensate workers for overtime became public. The management has since been manipulating and bribing her to keep quiet about the truth, actually putting her against me. I am currently pursuing legal action against the company for the personal and professional harm they've caused. I will make sure their unethical behavior is exposed, and I hope to see them lose business as a result of their interference in my marriage. This company's unethical practices require thorough investigation.

I had the privilege of experiencing the extraordinary work of Interim and work closely with Ricardo Weisz, a human being that possess both expertise in his work together with immesurable compassion for his clients. He listens patiently, guides the family with great patience and is always ready to help those that need him regardless of the time of the day or day of the week. I would also like to mention Linda Davis who has visited my mother in law countless times, always with a kind word, always with a smile. She has taken initiative many times to make sure that neurologist and insurance companies work together to provide my mother in law with the best care.
For the past two years my wife and I have a difficult time dealing with my mother in law's Alzheimer's situation.
