After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of California in Los Angeles, Risachi worked as a private tutor for two tutoring agencies based in LA. She worked with affluent clientele in Beverly Hills and in an adolescent outpatient alternative school.

After noticing the growing gap in engagement with school work from traditional educational settings, Risachi drew upon her personal experiences and her wealth of knowledge to design a tutoring company with the hope of providing students and families with the support needed to reach success.
