IA is an amazing and comfortable learning environment for my child. Even though he isn't allergic to nuts, I still felt this school would be the right place for him. He is able to express himself in a small classroom setting and explore his personal learning style. For example, he said he likes to do language arts lessons on the floor, math at the table, and reading in the beanbag. This gives him a variety of learning choices that he can pick for himself. His teacher is super caring and tell him she loves him daily! She is more like his 'guide' as he learns what works for him at school. He is able to work on a class reward system as well as being motivated to reach his personal goals. He is proud to be able to tell time even though it is not required for his developmental age, but his teacher helped him achieve it anyway! He has flourished here, as would any child with the support of their family and this awesome school staff! Thank you Innovation Academy!
