I offer Reiki classes for caregivers. I have been a Reiki Master since 2000 and found Reiki so helpful when caring for my mom who has mild dementia. Reiki relaxes, lowers blood pressure and is deeply relaxing. Reiki is gentle, the client remains fully clothed and the practitioner lays hands on various chakra points ie back of the head, neck, solar plexus, lower abdomen, thighs, knees, feet. You can also give a treatment by not touching the body, the hands are just above the various body regions.
