Infant Music School And Daycare

We are a musical day-care that cares for and teaches infants and toddlers.

My name is Amanda and I have been a vocal teacher for 20 years. I'm 40 years old with a large family including my husband Louis, my three daughters(Alex, Ariel, and Amanda) and two sons(Anthony and Archer). My children are all adults(19-28) aside from my infant Archer, and most are already out of the nest. My assistant and best friend Maritza is my partner in care. Maritza is bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English. Though I have taught musicality for many years, I am a homemaker first and foremost and children are my passion. I have watched my children grow into incredibly gifted and musical individuals and I would love to share the world of music with other children as they grow. A child's environment which includes positive setting, surroundings, and loving individuals are most important in a childs growth and my in-home daycare has these important factors.

I have a large home in Tarzana in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of growing children. There is a large park in walking distance with a big duck pond and childrens playgym. My home is infant-safe and filled with musical devices to help further IQ and EQ development. I am educated in childrens health and growth. I raised my children on an organic diet and should you so desire, I can organize an organic mealplan for your child based on his/her needs. I make my own organic foods. I encourage interaction and socialization between children as they grow so they can learn important social skills before they go into school and/or while they're in school.

My home is kept to the cleanliest standards. I am constantly disinfecting all surfaces and toys with natural and/or organic products. We keep allergens far at bay with constant HEPA air purification and are an absolutely smoke-free home. We have musical instruments that are brought to our play-area to help teach. We also have an incredible playmat called 'Dwingular' Music Parade, an interactive play mat aiding in spelling, reading, hearing, and learning musical instruments. It is an incredible teaching tool which we could demonstrate upon meeting.
