About the business
I have been an English and Reading teacher in the north Dallas area since 2007. I love helping students from grades 4-12 learn to be stronger readers, better writers, and develop long lasting analysis skills. I have a degree in English Literature and Analysis from the University of North Texas. I have also been on curriculum writing teams and led English teams as the department chair at large local districts. I can come teach your child in your home, teach your child online, or meet you and your child at a local area that you feel is better for social distancing (Starbucks, restaurants, parks). I can provide a group rate for a class of 2-5 students.
I offer one on one/small setting academic success and encouragement. I have found that often the right delivery of a subject can help unlock gaps in learning and increase potential. In addition to the payment options listed I also accept Zelle.
