I am currently a TA at Weber Middle School in Port Washington New York, where I work with a 6th grade adaptive class. I work with students that are autistic, have downs syndrome are emotionally challenged or have other developmental disabilities. I have also worked for a Martial Arts school where I coordinated and instructed an adaptive karate/kickboxing program for 3 years and instructed main stream classes for 11 years. I am currently obtaining a degree in special education and until it is completed I hope to work and provide service to the special needs community.
