Incredible Infant Care

I'm a 25-year-old who is looking to open her home to provide infant care during week days. I commit to provide a personal, safe, and nurturing environment for 3 infants ranging from newborn to 18 months and make them my number one priority. I'm confident you'll be very pleased with the level of personal care and attention your baby receives which traditional child care centers cannot compete with. Not only am I able to provide a homey and comfortable environment for your baby, but I also will have fewer children in my care than the average in-home care provider. This means that not only will your baby receive more love and attention, but also that (s)he will be exposed to much fewer germs and illnesses.

Daily schedule would involve age-appropriate activities, such as reading, exploring, singing, exercise, walks (weather permitting), and of course caring for basic needs like diaper changes, bottles, feeding baby- and table-food when age-appropriate, naps, and administering medicine when requested by the parent. I live within walking distance to a public library and would love to occasionally take them to baby story time when the weather is nice and if all parents consent. I will keep a daily record of all information to be sent home with the parents each day so they know exactly how the day went, when their child's next bottle is due, etc.

My availability can be flexible depending on the needs of the parents and any extenuating circumstances, but generally I'm available between 6am and 6pm. I could be available on weekends at a higher hourly rate. At this time I am expecting to officially begin care in my home June 1st, 2014. However, if I receive a high level of interest from parents needing care for their child before then, I would be able to begin earlier.

My rate is $6/hr per infant. I ask that parents provide bottles, meals (if applicable), diapers and diaper-related items, pacifiers (if applicable), and any other items that are to be used exclusively for their child.

I have 5 years of professional experience in caring for children - 2 in a child care setting and 3 as a nanny. Each of the families I have nannied for had an infant that I cared for along with the other children so I am very comfortable with infants.
