In My Home Child Care

Hi, my name is Christina, I am a mother of two children. I have over 15 years of child care experience. I have been watching children since the age of eleven and became a daycare teacher at the age of 16. I have cared for children from newborn to age 12 so I have experience with all age groups. I have also worked with special needs children over the years. I wanted to get out of the hectic daycare scene. I cared for 16 children by myself, 3 which included special needs, and I started feeling like the children weren't getting enough of the one on one attention that they deserved. So now I'm back to caring for children in my home, it is more an At Home type setting than a daycare facility. Children are more comfortable in a home environment then a hectic daycare scene. My main concerns for children are their safety, learning, age appropriate activities, playing, and love. I care for all children as if they were one of my own. I have tons of room, toys, books, craft supplies and much, much more to keep children active. I am very reliable, honest, energetic, and responsible. You would always know that your child is in good hands when they're with me. I am also, CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse/Neglect, and Communicable Disease Certified. I also take 20+ hours a year on Health and safety and Child Development Classes.
