About
Hi all! I am looking for a sweet family to join the fun at my in-home daycare! I have one full-time spot and one part-time spot available. I am located in Matthews off of Monroe rd in the Kerry greens neighborhood.
For the past 9 years I have worked as a nanny in the Charlotte area and have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. I am CPR/First aid certified and have completed nursing course work.
I strive to provide a loving and caring environment where children can thrive and meet their milestones. I base the care on the needs of the individual child and their age. My nanny style focuses on Montessori and Waldorf education approaches. I believe that children learn through play and I provide one-one care to children and meet them where they are in their development so I can provide them care to meet their individual needs.
I'm more than happy to provide references of the fabulous families that I have had the pleasure of working with upon request.
