In Home Child Care

I began my life's work in childcare while my daughter was still an infant; in fact she was my first "client"! After spending what seemed like forever looking for daycares that would provide the warm atmosphere needed for my child, I decided that I should start my own in-home child care service. Twenty-four years, and a countless number of kids later, I still love getting up each day and seeing the smiles on the faces that I am entrusted to take care of each day.
Under my care, your children will learn independence, manners, and respect for themselves and others. They'll enjoy crafting days, and special days like Pajama day, crazy sock day, and multiple holiday parties. I provide a safe and fun learning environment that will instill them with lifelong skills that are needed for preschool, kindergarten, and beyond.
I believe in open and clear communication with every child's parents and regularly send e-mails with what I have planned for each child, according to their age group. This includes learning their left from their right, potty training, learning ABC's, and spelling their names, as well as working on writing skills and much more.
I also believe in a consistent routine that includes regularly scheduled breakfast and lunch times, as well as daily naps.
