In home daycare offered in a preschool like setting. My home has a down stairs living room for daycare, a toy room and a nursery for napping.
I have a structured schedule that involves learning, playing, exploring, healthy eating, nap time and crafts (if old enough).
My educational background is in nutrition and I believe healthy eating starts at an early age.
Going outside everyday is a great way for children to let out therir energy. I have a LARGE fenced in back yard and unless weather doesn't permit, we go outside daily.
