I am a mother of three children, and have been in the shoes of all working mothers out there. I was working full-time, always attempting to find that work life balance and a reliable, safe environment to send my child while I was at work. I know it can be hard to find the right fit, and I would like to help!
I'm in the North County area, close to Boeing and several other business. Whether you live in the area or work for a company nearby, my home is located in a convenient location.
My home has an open floor plan and large yard. Obviously, with three kids, I have all the gear to keep the kids safe and entertained. Also, I worked in childcare after high school and would run a similar operation in my home. From keeping daily charts to developing weekly lesson plans filled with gross/fine motor, art and science activities throughout the day. Engagement, structure and communication are key!
