Dusting,remove cobwebs,fans and vents
Floors,sweep,mop and vacuum
Wash baseboards
Clean/sanitize surface areas,exterior of cabinets and high hand traffic areas
Trash cans, trash,disinfect and reline
Clean/disinfect sinks, drains and surface of appliances
Clean mirrors and other glass surfaces
Refill hand soap dispensers, replace light bulbs (where applicable)

Extended:

Add-ons:
Laundry, change, wash dry bed linens, towels, curtains and table linen (up to 4 loads a week, no personal garments or dry cleaning)
Steam cleaning upholstery
Cleaning interior of oven


Deep Clean:

Steam clean carpets (under beds/furniture where applicable)
Clean out light fixtures
Dust and polish bookshelves, picture frames, wall hangings (where applicable)
Refill hand soap dispensers, replace light bulbs (where applicable)

Includes up to 4 rooms/ approximately 1250 sq ft. additional charges per room. Price varies on flat rate or by the hour depending on work needed, estimates will be needed prior to understand the needs of customer and to insure the cleaning packages are the best fit for you. Adjustments may be made to packages with add ons to better suit your needs. Additional charges will apply for add ons and replacement items, such as light bulbs, shower liners and trash liners, hand soaps, etc. if not provided. All natural cleaning options available as well as traditional. $10.00 off any package for providing your own cleaning supplies.
