Erica Bialick started her tutoring company in 2004 as a Rutgers Graduate of Education student in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Currently, Erica has just finished her doctoral program at Rutgers University and is a Doctor of Education. Starting by tutoring high school students taking college entrance exams and SATs, Erica earned a name for herself as a well-known tutor helping students succeed consistently. As she graduated from Rutgers and began teaching in Franklin Township, she started tutoring elementary students as well. The company grew and Erica needed others to help reach all students. Other professionals joined the team and continued to build student success. The team started reaching middle school and high school students and became a K-12 company, also continuing to tutor for SATs and ACTs. We know that different students require different approaches to learning. Individualized, customized learning plans is how each student is guaranteed to see results. We believe that all students have the ability to learn, we just need to meet their needs. We not only teach facts, but we help students learn a new way to process the world around them.
