Absolutely terrible company to work for. I'm a PCA for my grandmother. When I had my own appointments for my kids or was sick and couldn't be there, they either refused or couldn't handled getting someone at her house for her do the things that I normally would. I was told that I needed to do that by my supposed supervisor (who was also a PCA herself). There was always a pay issue. Never got paid on time. In the handbook it says holidays you get paid time and a half. Nope never got that either. I got paid my regular rate (which isn't $19 an hour either) of $14 and hour and they gave me an extra 3 hours towards my regular hours as my "holiday pay/time and a half". My grandmother has since switched companies and I couldn't be happier for the both of us! This place is a serious, serious joke.
