Where do I start? Let's start at the head, Alexandra, the family service coordinator!!! Hybridge owed my son 350 plus hours of in-home ABA service. and you ask yourself how does someone come to owe that many hours? Well let me tell you how. One you have very inconsistent therapist who call out at any moment they can get. doesn't matter if you had a set schedule or not. our prior therapist would call out at least once a week. The therapist that they hired would show up to our house reeking of Marijuana smoke!!!!! so after dealing with these inconsistent therapists, We requested another therapist in 2020!!!!!!! My son still waiting on a therapist!!! So after 2 years of waiting PATIENTLY and being promised and another therapist I've had enough!!! My son is 15 years old, this time is precious and we don't have infinite amount. I've requested so many phone calls from Alexandra. I've left messages with Danielle, the BCBA who was kind enough to answer my phone call but the person in charge won't!!! The person in charge of hiring new therapist won't return a phone call!!! So people keep this in mind before you have your school district or your insurance use this service for your child!!! The communication is absolutely despicable and they have not followed through in good faith on anything they said that they were going to do
