About the business
We provide unbiased emotional and physical support to expecting and new parents. We are a basis of resources, knowledge, and experience. We want you to look back on your recovery period and know that you were supported, respected, and nurtured.
It is my goal, as well as those who are part of my supportive team, to help you adjust to the many changes and new challenges you may encounter with a new baby during your postpartum recovery. It is my hope that when you have support, those challenges can feel less overwhelming, your confidence may be higher, and your new family can bond and flourish.
Postpartum support includes non-judgemental support and assistance while adjusting to life with a new baby. That can mean a variety of things, including holding and feeding your newborn all night while you get sleep that is vital to your recovery, or cleaning the house while you care for your baby, our support changes depending upon your family s needs. We can help your support your baby in getting on a schedule, or helping you recognize your baby s cues when practicing attachment parenting. We can also help recognize when a simple fix to help breastfeeding might help, or when a lactation consultant is needed and provide that resource for you. If you have an older child or children, we may also help them adjust and support you in figuring out how to give them the attention they need, and strategize ways to help them adjust to their new life as an older sibling or siblings as well.
We can be an invaluable resource during the postpartum recovery period and have been considered by many to be a savior during this difficult transition period.
