First initial cleaning is paid by hours $20-25/hour. During the initial cleaning we clean almost everything (baseboards, windows frames, fans, blinds, etc). After the initial cleaning there is a flat rate price, which always less than what you pay for the initial cleaning.
PLEASE, READ CAREFULLY WHAT SERVICES WE PROVIDE:

Basic cleaning that we do include:
Kitchen:
-Outside the appliances cleaned
-Counters wiped and sanitized
-Kitchen sink washed
-Kitchen floor vacuumed and mopped
-Garbage disposed of

Bathroom:
- Bath/shower cleaned
- Toilet cleaned and sanitized
- Mirrors cleaned
- Sink cleaned and sanitized
- Bathroom floors vacuumed and washed

Bedroom:
-Change sheets if needed
-Dust all furniture
- Vacuumed and moped

Living room/Dining room/Common areas:
-Dust
- Vacuumed/mopped

OTHER CLEANING SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE AS PER REQUEST AND ADDITIONAL PRICE:
-Refrigerator/oven (inside) $15
-kitchen cabinets (inside) $15
-Laundry (washed, dried, folded) $5 per load
-Own cleaning supplies $10

PRICE LIST:
-Initial cleaning $20-25/hour
- The further price is fixed (flat rate) and would be discussed after the initial cleaning
- One time cleaning $25/hour
-Move in/ out cleaning $25-30/hour
