At Honey Bunny Daycare, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing, stimulating and welcoming environment for all children. We offer a Mandarin Chinese bilingual daycare program to all families that wish to provide their children with a cultural enrichment. Our founder and lead teacher Lucy was born and raised in Mainland China and moved to Ithaca, NY for college when she was 18. As a mother of two, Lucy has been teaching her mother tongue to her own children. Our unique language immersion program incorporates a variety of educational theories, while always keeping the child's best interest in mind and allowing for hands-on, experiential learning.

We are a fully insured, NYS licensed daycare home. We are limited to 2 children under two years old per care giver. We would like to take no more than 6 children at the moment, due to concerns regarding COVID-19. We are proud to be a living wage employer. We believe that the child care providers who take care of your children deserve to be paid at least a living wage with healthcare benefit and paid sick leave in order to make sure that your children receive the highest quality of care in a safe, healthy, and loving environment.
