Honey Bee Hollow Llc

Honey Bee Hollow is a small, pet-friendly, licensed, family child care located in West Swanzey, NH. We provide quality care for children ages 6 weeks-12 years. We offer a nature based, emergent curriculum that follows the child s interests and the changes of the seasons.

Our mission is to create a supportive, safe, and cozy learning environment, enhanced by natural experiences indoors and outdoors, to encourage creativity, inquiry and discovery. We support a connection to the natural world and our local community. We strive to create a program full of peace, love, wonder, and mud.

At Honey Bee Hollow we believe .

 In focusing on the whole child, allowing them time to grow and learn at their own pace.
 That young children learn best through play. Play is a tool for cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
 Children have an innate curiosity to learn. They are born naturalist and use all of their senses to explore their world.
 In using hands-on, nature based experiences to foster early literacy and math skills and to instill a sense of wonder.
 Communication and building respectful, trusting relationships between parents and teachers is necessary to provide quality care and to meet the family s needs.
 In dancing in the rain, puddle jumping, and making mud pies.


We are open from 6:30 am-5:30 pm, Monday- Friday. A healthy breakfast, lunch, and snack are included.
