Honest Home Care is a smaller, more personalized home care agency. We believe in absolute client satisfaction. It is our conviction that Total Quality Care will be the guiding principle and cornerstone of our agency. The agency director will work with you to develop a customized care plan to meet your needs. Every home care situation is different, our clients direct the required duties that are assigned, the care plan is tailored to fit our client's specific needs. We require all employees to be drug tested, TBscreened, criminal background checked, employment verified, clean driving record, Training and orientation according to NC Department of Health Services Regulation and OSHA standards. We provide different levels of care: Companion, Caregiver, CNA, and In-Home Aides. Services that can be provided are: hourly services on a weekly basis, Live-In care: a caregiver "lives" in your home 1 to 7 days per week. The caregiver provides care during the day and is available at night in case of emergency., Respite car: is available for family members that need a break or rest from caring for their loved one. Care is scheduled when you need it whether it's once a month or during vacation., 12 hour /24 hour care: is provided around the clock day or night., Alzheimer's and Dementia Services: our caregivers provide care that focuses on client safety, proper decision making and establishing a caring and positive environment.
