Hometown Pharmacy offers seniors the ability to stay independent longer, and family members/caregivers the opportunity to worry less about their loved ones. RXMap is a medication adherence program that packages patients' prescriptions in weekly or monthly blister packs based off the proper time of day the medication should be taken. The program alleviates the burden of filling a weekly pillbox from the patient and the family, and ensures the medications are being taken appropriately. RXMap is a free packaging system offered by the pharmacy with free delivery within Allegheny County (Pennsylvania- 1 hour radius of Banksville/Greentree area). The only cost to the patient is their current prescription drug copays.
