Stay clear of this company! I could write paragraphs about the lack of communication and broken promises. The last straw was my second cleaning. A husband/wife duo arrived 35 minutes late and left without cleaning the floors, dusting, cleaning the kitchen countertops, vacuuming the stairs, etc. They then reported that they were at my house for a total of 5 hours... A complete exaggeration. Then my bank account was charged $130 without my approval -I didn't even receive an invoice so I could dispute the charges. I'm currently trying to get at least some of this money refunded. To top all of this off, my TV was working fine when they arrived. After they were gone it wouldn't even turn on anymore. I don't know how these people live with themselves.

The dynamic duo of carrie and Heather are a god send! They cleaned our home from top to bottom and have a great eye for detail. They both are engaging young people and our 3 year old daughter gets so excited when she sees them at our front door. I lost an earring a few weeks ago and because they are so honest they brought it right to me when they could have easily put it in pocket. I trust these two to be in our home With or without us there. We are more than happy with the service we get from Homestead Cleaners every week.

I used the initial service with the idea that I would follow up with regular service. The woman who came first time was extremely nice, but seemed overwhelmed with the work. However, the house loomed generally clean and I scheduled the follow up cleaning. After she left, I noticed that she did not clean the kitchen sink or the countertops. I informed the company and did not get any response. I also received a bill for the service with no address where to send payment. There was only a link to pay through. The bill came.right before the scheduled cleaning, so I thought I would ask for a mailing address when the employee arrived. I waited at my house two hours and no one ever showed up. I tried repeatedly to contact someone at "the office" and never got a response or a call back after leaving message. Since I could not reach anyone by phone, I sent email notice of the no show and informed the company that I do not make payments through third parties for security reasons and needed a mailing address. The no show appointment was never addressed, but they did send address where I could send payment. I have just scheduled the payment in spite of the fact that my concerns about the poor initial cleaning were never acknowledged and the fact that I waisted a whole Saturday afternoon waiting for a scheduled appointment that never showed up with no apology, explanation or attempt to remediate the situation.

Do not use this service. Extremely poor business practice and customer care!

My home was cleaned by Carrie from Homestead cleaners. She did a wonderful job. I can home from work to a very clean and fresh smelling home. I would recommend rHomestead cleaners -and Carrie- to anyone who wants a spotless house
