Hi let me tell you a little about myself, My name is Peggy Carey. I'm a 48 year old female, born in long Island New york. I've reside in Wilmington Delaware since 1985. I moved to Delaware once i graduated from green port high school in 1984. I'm a proud mother of two adult children, A male 26 years old and a female 22 years old, which both live on their own. I'm also the proud grandmother of two toddler boys ages 1 years old and a 2 year old. I meet the qualifications of a early childhood assistant of all ages. I've been in the childcare field for over 23 years plus and loved it. I worked at edge moor community center for 13 years, which i no am employed there.. I'm CPR certified and first aide certified. I have my certificate for administration of medication from the department of services for children, youth, and their families. I have a natural gift when it comes to relating with children whose in my care. I make each child feel special and very unique. I believe a love of lifetime learning is a very positive attributes for any human being, and only contributes to the personal growth of that individual. Every child needs to feel special and loved in order to grow and thrive.
