Home Ties Child Care and Development Center at Youth Health Service provides quality child care services to infants from 6wks to children up to 12 years old. Our state of the art facility is warm and inviting to all age groups and our teachers meet all requirements and qualifications for STARS certification and WV DHHR regulations. Our center is the only center in Randolph County accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
