Home Ties Child Care and Development Center at Youth Health Service provides quality child care services to infants from 6wks to children up to 12 years old. Our state of the art facility is warm and inviting to all age groups and our teachers meet all requirements and qualifications for STARS certification and WV DHHR regulations. Our center is the only center in Randolph County accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The Family Resource Center also located at YHS is available to all parents and is a wonderful resource for parents looking for guidance/support with typical parenting questions and concerns, referrals for additional support from community organizations and simply relax and socialize with other parents.
