Our Professional Philosophy Statement
We believe young children learn through example, exploration, experiences, and taking chances. Our role is to provide information and materials which open the door to opportunities for their learning, development, and growth.
We model respectful and kind behavior, that we hope they will acquire and learn from.
As we welcome questions during play, art, exploring, and learning experiences, we facilitate more creativity and broaden their ability or see from different perspectives.
We desire to help children discover their talents and abilities, encourage them to use their talents for good, and highlight the importance of individual uniqueness in our communities, and in the world.
We hope and work to create long lasting, trusting relationships with the children we care for and their families.
Our model is an academy of learning; therefore, all matriculated students must be at least 2.5 years old, and prepared for a fun, yet structured learning environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our goal is to provide a safe and relaxed atmosphere where children will foster a love to learn, serve, respect, and care for themselves and others; ask lots of questions and find lots of answers; and be recognized for their uniqueness and appreciated for their abilities and ideas.
They will learn to create achievable goals, love and appreciate diversity, and gain an understanding of the importance of being a productive part of our community.
Students will enjoy healthy food and snacks, have designated homework time, fun and engaging child directed centers. We will provide designated time for outside sports and activities where children and youth can be themselves and share their creativity, talents, and strengths. We hope to instill in each child the reality that they do not need to worry about making mistakes, but rather they will learn to love the process of creating, and participating, and acceptance.
