Tina was very responsive, yet not thorough. With a rate of $250 for a deep clean I expected quite a bit. After a short time I was called by her to tell me that she was done. In the pandemic I chose to trust, and not inspect, which was totally my fault. I found that the top of the ceiling fan, the medicine chest, mirrors, and other simple tasks weren't done. I texted her to thank her for doing an amazing job on the oven, but to point out other things that she had missed, only to get no response. Not professional, and very disappointing. Although I hate to write poor reviews, especially for somebody who is trying to build her business, I feel the need to do that with this one. It was the unresponsive nature of Tina that really upset me. If I was trying to grow a business I would make sure customer satisfaction was a top priority. The only reason I didn't stop payment on this check, and negotiate a different price that was more suitable for the amount of cleaning that was done, was I have a heart for people and during this time of pandemic struggles for so many people I didn't want to add any stress to her life. God has blessed me in many ways, and I agreed to pay a price, so I did. It was my fault for not inspecting her work, I won't make that mistake again. I have to say there was no "Homerun" in this experience.
