Home Rule

Home Rule LLC provides in-home childcare (nanny, learning assistant, light housekeeping) with W-2 employees/paid taxes/workers comp, professional liability insurance, and background screening and training. We work with our families to create a personalized service plan that our child caregivers follow and complete a daily log so families know that their children are working toward their goals with their child caregiver. Our families pay an hourly rate with no placement fees. You don't pay until your child caregiver works, and you only pay for the hours worked- no long term commitments.

We value protecting our families. Home Rule child caregivers complete a COVID-19 screening prior to each shift and wear a mask while working with our clients.
