(2) We are licensed by the State of Texas through HHS (Dept of Health and Human Services).
(3) We conduct extensive background checks, and we drug test (randomly also) on every CAREGiver that we hire.
(4) All of our CAREGivers are bonded and insured.
(5) We conduct regularly scheduled training and safety meetings every quarter. (6) All of our CAREGivers are paid through the company, we don't hire contract labor which is illegal and you will find some companies do this.
(7) We also have a Family Room which is a free log in to our software so that you can see your loved one's schedule (who, what time, what day), and your invoices.
