Home Incare Support LLC is an agency providing custodial non-medical care to seniors, special children, and all other people who need assistance. We have Certified Personal Care Assistants (Caregivers) who are ready for placement anytime.

We have a customized and patented home care service plan we call "H.I.S CARE" to fit our patient's individual needs. We do our best and aim to make sure that we give excellent care right at the comfort of our patient's home rather than us residential, long term, or institutional care.

H.I.S Work Force are certified, well trained, very reliable, compassionate, professional, screened for criminal records, fluent in English (some are multi-lingual) and have a history of providing exceptional service. They all passed our Background Check, Drug Testing, and General References in which can be provided upon request.
HOW TO AVAIL OUR SERVICES:
If the need arises, please call us at our contact numbers. Our Patient Coordinator is available 24hrs a day and 7 days a week.
We begin by providing with a FREE assessment. Our Case Managers will visit your home or the hospital to personally give an evaluation and answer your questions.
Once we present the applicable H.I.S. CARE plan,we then choose the right person to work for you and give yo the best rate based on the LEVEL OF CARE of the patient. Then we set a date to begin the service or schedule a FREE hospital pick up upon discharge. We can dispatch workers within 24 hrs. We will replace a worker if you are not satisfied. We will monitor your case regularly to make certain we give you highest level of service. Your satisfaction is a priority with us. It's a WIN-WIN for both parties.
