I have been using Home Helpers for 2 years. Diana is an excellent communicator and our Caregiver is amazing. I can't say enough about the them.

Very poor communication, don't match client to aides abilities. Over the eight months we had them, we had more days without an aide then aide being here. Didn't call when aide wasn't coming I would have to call and ask why aide wasn't there. Very disappointing.
