Our company's motto is "We cater to our patients' needs." For the past 19 years, we have provided personalized one-on-one care for people who need in-home care. We are specialists in helping patients coming out of hospitals or rehabilitation centers and transition back into their homes. Working directly with physical, occupational, and respiratory therapists, we implement the programs requested by physicians including special diets. Our staff has complete background checks and are licensed/ bonded.

Home Health Management, LLC acts as the bridge to help families know what they need to put in place before their loved ones come home. We then assist your loved ones in their home, so they can stay there longer. We can guide you when working with home health agencies and insurance companies to know how to get the most from your insurance. Working with medical equipment companies, we help set up and maintain the necessary equipment. Being in the industry for years, we can advise you on how to request equipment so that insurance will pay for it. Unlike CNAs, we transport clients to and from appointments and are paid by the hour not by the job. This means our $25.00 hourly rate includes everything -- meal prep, bathing, errands, house cleaning, etc. Unlike other companies, we don't charge for additional services - NO HIDDEN FEES.

Each time we come into a client's home, we leave a binder with the Care Plan which has everything written down that was done for the client including medications, exercises, housework, appointments and errands. This lets the family know what was done and allows our staff to quickly get any messages or specific needs from the family. There are no contracts, so you are in control.
