We are the two things: Home dialysis support & supportive living services in the home. Our services fall under 3 categories: #1. CARE-GIVING AKA ASSISTED LIVING IN THE HOME: services are provided by home health aides, companions and certified home health aides. #2. HOME DIALYSIS SUPPORT: These services are designed to give the dialysis patient a choice to treatments at home on the schedule they choose and have life according to them. These services are offered by nurses and dialysis technicians. We are available to do as little or as much dialysis care as you prefer. #3. CARE MANAGEMENT, CARE COORDINATION & PATIENT/FAMILY EDUCATION: We will help you simplify the complex medical information down to usable information that can transform your caregiving situation. Our nurses and geriatric care managers will help you make caregiving an easier and more gratifying experience for the long distance caregiver or the very busy family caregiver. With us, you will only pay for the care you need. There are no minimum number of hours of care, you pick your caregiver and the payment plan that suits you unique situation.
