I am a 34 year old Mom to 3 children. I have 1 girl (age 12) and 2 boys (2 and 7 months). My husband is in law enforcement and also teaches at a local college. Being the oldest girl from a family of 6 children, I've been caring for kids of all ages most of my life. I recently quit my full time job in order to better accommodate the needs of my family. I am looking forward to the opportunity to welcome children in my home and to provide an affordable and loving "home away from home". After being in the workforce for the last 12 years, I understand first hand how important it is to have the right person caring for your kids. Having 2 small boys and an active pre-teen, I'm naturally very energetic and positive. I understand the importance of creating a routine and providing structure yet allowing flexibility for the ever changing/unplanned needs that go hand in hand with kids.
