We are a non-medical home care provider specializing in assistance with daily living for the elderly and others whom require aide in meeting their healthcare needs.

Home Comfort and Care's professional caregivers are competent, compassionate, and committed to providing the best in-home care for your loved ones. It is our utmostresponsibility to make sure our caregivers are experienced, trained, and qualified for all our clients. To ensure this, our caregivers are comprehensively screened, routinely drug tested, and continually trained so that they can provide compassionate and highly skilled care. Personal Care: -Assistance with bathing and showering; -Personal hygiene: hair care, skin care and oral hygiene; -Assistance with toileting; -Dressing and Grooming; -Assistance with mobility: transferring assistance, walking, light exercise to retain and strengthen motor skills. Medication Reminders: -Daily log of medication intake; -Ensure medication is taken in proper dosage at proper times. Care Planning & Reporting: -Based on your loved one's diagnosis and preferences, a customized care plan with be developed to fit their needs. -Documentation of client condition and care will be provided daily. Companionship: -Offer companion care and socialization; -Play puzzles, games or cards to stimulate cognitive awareness; -Motivate and accompany on any physical activities such as walks or exercise classes. Meal Preparation: -Preparing nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner; -All dietary restrictions are considered; -Diabetic friendly meals.
