We specialize in high-quality live-in care, but provide many hourly services as well. All our employees make safety in the home our #1 priority. Our employees lend a hand with just about everything including:

All of our caregivers are:

Required to pass a criminal background check via the Dept. of Justice
Required have a clean DMV driving record

But different from other agencies, we have our own proprietary psychological test program that was specifically designed for the process of selecting the best providers in the care giving profession. Plus, all caregivers are required to complete continuing additional training in our offices. Whether it is training in the early recognition of strokes or how to work with Alzheimer's victims - we believe that Home Care Assistance has the best trained caregivers in the industry.

We are responsible for all their state and local taxes. No money changes hands between a client and caregiver - in fact, we invoice once a week for our services for fast and convenient services, offering several payment options. We do have a 4-hour per day minimum and to offer the flexibility often required in a home care case, we do not require a long-term contract or deposit.

What really sets us apart is that we are "on call" in the evenings and every weekend, so that there is someone available for our valued clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With Home Care Assistance, you always know who to call if you have a question.

We also have an individualized 1:1 program brain health program. The Cognitive Therapeutics Method was developed based on scientific research pointing to non-pharmacological interventions as a way to slow cognitive decline and is the first program of its kind to promote increased daily functioning through cognitive rehabilitation in the familiar home environment. The goal of the Cognitive Therapeutics Method is to improve quality of life as well as to delay the onset of new symptoms and slow the progression of existing symptoms of cognitive decline. Home Care Assistance caregivers are trained to administer activities in the Cognitive Therapeutics Method.
